GUIDE TO FINDING
THE G-SPOT

Start out slowly

Women tend to take longer to get ready sexually, so go slow. The clitoris is above the vaginal opening, the area that is the most sensitive to stimulation. It's a small reddish/pinkish bump that's embedded in a fold of skin that forms an upside down "v". Put your finger or tongue just inside that "v" area and make slow rhythmic up and down motions. If she’s stimulated you should feel juices in her pussy, rub some of them on her clit and continue the rhythmic motion. Don’t rub hard. Start with a slow and soft touch.

Keep a steady rhythm. . .

Once her pussy is lubricated you can put your finger in her vagina and stimulate her g-spot. Find the g-spot by holding your hand palm-up and extend your middle finger. Place your finger on the "v" mentioned earlier and slide down between the inner lips and inwards into her vagina. You should feel a large bone there just at the entrance to the vagina at the top. This is the back of her pubic bone. Keep moving your finger further inside, about two-thirds of the way up, until you feel a slight dip back upwards, just past the pubic bone. Past the pubic bone you will feel a small, hard and slightly textured area about the size of a dime. That’s the g-spot! Stimulate that spot with the pad of your finger by using the same rhythmic motion as before. The g-spot should swell with stimulation.
