The term thrusting is used loosely – you can be thrusting hard or softly, the choice is yours. However you like it once you have penetrated the vagina or anus. Keep in mind that if you continue throughout with hard and fast thrusting you WILL LOSE CONTROL because the stimulation is too intense. Your partner must help you work on this technique since he/she must also stop moving when you stop moving and follow your lead.

Once you get to the point where you feel that you are going to cum – that’s exactly what will happen. By that time it’s too late to try any of the techniques, your prostate gland and seminal vesicles are contracting and nothing can stop it.

  • When you feel your excitement building change your penis entrance position by shifting your hips, slow down your thrusting and if necessary stop moving all together.
  • You can lip kiss or kiss each other’s upper body, unless it becomes too much of a turn on. Take a few deep breaths.
  • Stop doing anything and everything that turns you on and makes you want to thrust. You have to wait until the feeling of intensity of build up passes and you feel that you can start thrusting again without losing control. Approximately 45 sec to 1 min.
  • During your stop talk to your partner. Reassure that all is OK and going fine.
  • Think of something else. Sports, life in general, etc. Don’t think too hard and lose your erection, just think of something long enough to get the control back.
  • If when you start thrusting you feel you want to keep going and climax – STOP. You restarted thrusting too soon.
